Rental Fees
Fees are based on rental space for a half day (up to 4 hours) or full day (up to 8 hours). All rentals include a non-refundable $150 maintenance/booking fee. Facility fees include use of the approved space and do not include room set-up, in-room audio/visual equipment, or janitorial services.

Policies & Guidelines
General Guidelines
- Community Church is located at 116 Florida Street, River Ridge, LA 70123.
- Rental use is based on availability; Community Church and its regularly attending and giving members have priority.
- Facilities may not be used for commercial, political, or social activities or functions.
- Community Church is a smoke-free facility — no smoking, vaping, or smokeless tobacco anywhere on the grounds or in parking areas.
- Grounds and courtyards are not available for meetings or special events without approval from administration.
Reservations
- Reservations are required for all rental spaces and must be made via our website. We do not accept requests via phone or in-person.
- Rental requests must be completed at least two weeks and no more than twelve months in advance. Groups may schedule up to two consecutive days and up to 3 consecutive weeks.
- Once the online request form is completed, you will receive a Facility Rental Agreement and Invoice. No reservation is confirmed until the agreement is electronically signed and the deposit is received.
Rental Fee Waivers
- Room rental fees are waived for meetings hosted by Community Church and ministry affiliates.
- Fees are waived for classes and lectures hosted by Community Church's academic partners offered to our learners.
- A 20% discount is offered to local civic associations and non-profit (501c3) organizations for informational or educational events, pending administrative approval.
Maintenance & Change Order Fees
- Outside organizations — whether receiving a waiver or discount — are charged a $150 maintenance fee covering room setup, breakdown, and cleaning.
- $150 — change requests received within 3 days of the planned event.
- $225 — change requests received within 2 business days of the planned event.
- $300 — change requests received within 1 business day of the planned event.
Facility Rental Hours
- Rental spaces are available Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- The sanctuary may be reserved between 1 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Sunday for an additional $200.
- Rentals include 30 minutes before and after for setup and breakdown. An extra $25 per 15 minutes over the allotted time applies.
Catering
- All catering and table linen must be ordered through Community Church's Food Service Department.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be served for any reason, including evening or weekend events.
- Outside catering is allowed but food must be prepared off-site (no cooking on-site, no boiled seafood). The outside caterer must show proof of liability coverage — no exceptions.
Parking
- Parking is available per seat up to 59 spaces. A $200 per half-day parking attendance fee applies for events over 50 persons.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance of the rental date to receive a refund of deposit. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than two weeks prior.
Speaking Requests
- To request Pastor Tanner or any other ministers, fees start at $500 per event and range from $500–$1500 depending on the occasion (weddings, funerals, etc.). This payment is separate from parking, facility, or catering fees.
